Why haven't my stats updated yet?

Steam and Faceit throttling can delay syncs for up to 20 minutes. Trigger a manual refresh from your dashboard before reaching out, and include a link to the match that is missing.

How do I report suspicious giveaway activity?

Send the giveaway link plus any evidence (screenshots, transaction hashes, etc.). Reports go directly to our trust & safety queue so we can freeze entries while we investigate.

Can I delete my account or export my data?

Yes. Start the request from Settings › Privacy, or mention 'data request' in your message below. We confirm via your account email before completing any deletion.
