This agreement explains how CSPerks works, what we expect from every player using our XP tracker and giveaways, and which rights you keep as part of the community.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing CSPerks, creating an account, or participating in any giveaway, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any referenced policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our products immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and comply with your local laws regarding online contests. Some giveaways may impose stricter regional requirements outlined at the point of entry.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected game accounts. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that circumvent our security controls or attempt to spoof CS2 performance data.
4. Perks, XP, and Giveaways
In-app currency, XP, or perks accrue solely through approved gameplay activities. We may adjust earn rates, entry requirements, or giveaway inventory without notice. CSPerks is not affiliated with Valve, and all items are distributed at our sole discretion once eligibility is verified.
5. Data & Privacy
We collect gameplay statistics, device data, and user-provided information to deliver the service. All processing follows our Privacy Policy. By linking Steam or Faceit you authorize CSPerks to pull match history and use it to calculate XP and rewards.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use CSPerks to harass others, spread malware, reverse engineer our platform, interfere with API connections, or exploit giveaways. Botting, multi-accounting, or falsifying match data results in forfeiture of perks and potential legal action.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or extended inactivity. You may close your account at any time, but previously granted rights or obligations will survive termination.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
CSPerks is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our primary place of business. Any dispute will be handled through informal resolution first, followed by binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products or legal obligations. Material updates will be communicated via email or in-app notice, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
