1. Introduction
CSPerks transforms your CS2 gameplay into XP, perks, and giveaways. This Privacy Policy explains which data we collect, how we use it, and the safeguards in place to protect your information.
2. Data We Collect
When you create an account or link external profiles we collect username, email, encrypted passwords, Steam/Faceit IDs, device identifiers, IP address, and telemetry about how you navigate the dashboard. Gameplay data such as match results, ADR, headshot %, clutch medals, and XP progress is retrieved using official APIs when you authorize integration.
3. How We Use Your Information
Data is used to authenticate you, display personalized stats, award perks, enter giveaways, communicate updates, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Aggregated and anonymized metrics may be used to improve balancing on perks or featured drops.
4. Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be shared with infrastructure partners (hosting, analytics, email delivery) bound by confidentiality obligations. Gameplay APIs you connect to remain governed by their own policies.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Necessary cookies maintain sessions after login. Optional analytics cookies help us understand feature adoption. You can clear cookies in your browser, though the dashboard may require reauthentication.
6. Data Security
We employ TLS encryption, access controls, and periodic audits. Despite best efforts no system is 100% secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to us immediately so we can mitigate quickly.
7. Your Choices & Rights
You may review or update profile data from account settings, disconnect linked services, opt out of marketing emails, or request deletion of your account. We will process requests within 30 days unless additional verification is required.
8. International Users
Data may be processed in servers located outside your country. By using CSPerks you consent to those transfers while we continue to apply this Privacy Policy.
9. Children
CSPerks is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; guardians can reach out if data was submitted inadvertently.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app banners, and the updated date will be posted at the top of this page.
